GENERAL

You may post your commission wherever you want. If you want, you can credit sketchedworld.com Or tag the artist on Instagram: @sketched_world_studio and Twitter: @sketched_world

Please provide visual references and a detailed description of what you want the piece to be like.

We always ask for 50% upfront before start working on the piece. Once the piece is finished you will receive a small-resolution image for safety, then, after the last 50% payment is done, you will receive the full-resolution image.

When we start working on the art, we will provide sketches for you to ask for changes and approval. You will only be able to ask for major changes in the sketching process. After you're satisfied with the sketches, we will do the final line art and send you for approval, then we will proceed to the painting and finishing process.

A fee would be discussed and added if you want major changes after the painting process.

The deadline for the art to be completed can be previously discussed. We will let you know if for any reason we wouldn't be able to meet the agreed deadline and need more time to complete the art piece.

All commissions will be a high-quality digital file. We usually use Google Drive to send the files, but we can send them via email if you prefer.

We accept payment through PayPal. We can accept through crypto as well, but it has to be discussed.

Commissions are paid 50% upfront before start and 50% after the art is finished.

I, Sketched World (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any fair reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.
You (the client/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece without the artist consent (reselling, redistributing, NFT etc.)
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without the artist consent.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before the sketched is approved, you can get a 50% refund.

The client is not allowed a refund once the sketch is approved.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you.
